Shipping deets!

check your details!
Double check your shipping information in PayPal. We must have received the correct mailing address within 24 hours of your order being made. If your information is not updated and we ship to an old address, we cannot resend to the correct one. Items returned to us will be destroyed- this is food, and can't be simply resent, for obvious reasons. We cannot refund your money once items are shipped.

shipping costs and methods...
Shipping for 4- and 12-packs to all US locations will be via USPS First Class Mail. Items larger than 1 lb. (a case or more) are sent via USPS Priority, and we can provide tracking for those at your request. The shipping rates are as follows:

international shipping costs and methods...
Outside the U.S., shipping will be via USPS First Class Air Mail. The shipping charges vary from country to country.

rush shipping...
If you need your order rushed for some reason, please contact us by emailing jason@lollyphile.com so we can work it out. Since we ship all over the world, costs and shipping times will vary, but we will be happy to try and get you your lollipops on time.

return and exchange policy...
Due to the nature of candy and the subjective qualities of taste, we cannot accept returned items unless they are damaged or defective. If it is damaged please email jason@lollyphile.com so we can authorize the return. We are unable to refund shipping charges.

Most orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, pending PayPal verification. Expect international orders to take a bit longer to arrive. For more information please visit our FAQ page.
